Depression

51 year old female came to the office for depression accompanied by many of other symptoms such as stress, anxiety, nervousness, problems with both falling asleep and staying asleep, lower back pain, neck pain, heel spur, dark complexion, bloated stomach, chronic constant fatigue, constipation, dry cough, and history of fibroid removal 12 years ago.

Her pulse was very thin and wiry.

Her tongue was slightly dry and red in general. She seems to be very anxious.

All the symptoms are falling into the liver counter-attacking the lung type of condition, which is causing the lung to be dried.

The patient was needled at LU8, LV4 + LV2- for liver sedation.

She came the next day to express how well she felt over night and throughout the day.

Her depression subsided substantially just over one night, and her complexion got brighter.
