Did you throw your shoulder?

Female patient with typical hectic life style like other New Yorkers came to my office with severe shoulder pain.

She assumed herself that she had a torn rotator cuff from being too active and busy life style.

She exercises regularly including yoga and cardio.

One day she strained the shoulder from exercise and since then she couldn’t mobilize her shoulder.

She put kinesio tapes on her rotator cuff area and it helped a bit but she was still in pain.

I just put 2 needles on her to help her shoulder including tendinitis point with ST40. 5 seconds after, her pain was completely gone.
