Typing too much? We all are now addicted to smart phone or computer and claims wrist pain including carpal tunnel syndrome. Here’s a stretch you can do while you still enjoy your precious smart phone.
1. Push the wrists against to each other and hold it for 30-45 seconds.
2. Relax for 5 seconds (don’t put the wrists in neutral but let it relax)
3. Repeat it for 3-5times.
Do the same thing as above stretch but other side.
