Having pain in shoulder blades?

Nowadays many people are working in front of computer and complaining shoulder blades pain or spasm, which is called pain in rhomboid muscle. Rhomboid muscle is located in between scapula(shoulder blades). It can be strained easily by carrying heavy bag, or poor posture due to prolonged usage of computer at work. Here’s one quick stretch that you can do at work or anywhere.

Rhomboid stretch: 1. Place one of your arm across your chest 2. Hold door frame or poles with that arm that’s crossed your chest 3. Lean your body against the door frame or the poles 4. Hold it like that for at least 20-30 second and switch the side.
