Hearing loss with severe vertigo, Meniere’s disease?

Patient who is in his late 30’s came to my office for Meniere’s disease.

He was diagnosed to many different disease for his ears and came up with unknown diagnosis.

He had been suffering from it over a decade that resulted in more than 60% of hearing loss.

He was experiencing with hair loss and low energy.

He was having vertigo 2~3 times a week for past two weeks.

The symptom got worse especially with an alcohol consumption.
